Joining Allied Wealth Partners in 2015, Mary OConnor has been a great addition to the team. As AWPs first Vice President of Human Resources, she has made many positive changes in the time that she has been with the firm.
Mary manages the support staff and is responsible for overseeing the HR related activities of the firm including employee onboarding, the performance appraisal process, and the development of personnel policies and procedures. She leads the firms wellness initiative which has the goal of promoting a healthy workplace for all.
Mary has completed in multiple marathons including NY, Chicago, and Marine Corp. Along with raising her three children, Mary is a past board member of the NJ Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association, and was a former Sunday school teacher, Girl Scout leader, and coach for both girls rec lacrosse and basketball. Mary resides in Whippany, New Jersey with her husband Daren and her three children.
